WHY GET A HOME INSPECTION?

A home inspector is trained to look for things not likely to be noticed.  Inspectors in Louisiana must follow the state's Residential Standards of Practice and check the roof, exterior, interior, foundation, basement, garage, fireplace, attic, insulation, ventilation, doors, windows, heating system, cooling system, plumbing system, and electrical system for certain defects.

Sellers provide disclosure about the condition of the property, but often times that information is incomplete or incorrect. Armed with InspectorNOLA’s detailed report, you will have a better idea of the properties condition, and possibly negotiate a lower price. The cost of an InspectorNOLA home inspection is miniscule compared to the price of a home.
